St Anthonys Fun Day 2023

What a super day we had yesterday!!

Congratulations to this year's Eugene Greene Cup Champions, Real Madrid who overcame Barcelona in a penalty shootout after they couldn't be separated in normal time!

A huge crowd at Finn Park today, great weather (mostly) and a great atmosphere.

The club would like to thank several people, without whom, there would be no big day out.

To the brilliant DJ Darren Collopy, of recent 2fm fame 📷, for the great tunes all day and keeping us all on schedule.

To all the parents who volunteered their time supervising the bouncy castles and helping at the shop.

To Declan Greene for presenting the trophies to the cup winners and of course to Pappy Frawley for supplying medals and trophies for over 100 kids today!

To the legend that is referee Shay Ferguson for reffing all three underage matches and the very lively Parents V Coaches match.

A big thanks to the coaches who came early to set up and stayed on late to clean up.

Lastly to the committee members who were at the pitch at the crack of dawn to make sure all in order and were the last to leave this evening. Particularly Marie who had a very busy shop all day!
